1. What type of codes can be scanned?
The app scans standard 1D and 2D code types, which include QR Code, UPC Code, EAN-13 Code, AndUPCE, Code 39, EAN-8, Code 93, Code 128, PDF 417 and Aztec Code etc.

2. What can I do if the code can't be scanned?
Please make sure the code appears clearly within the screen by moving your device back or forth to adjust the focus.

3. Why can't I open the links after scanning?
Internet connection is not required for scanning, but you need to connect to the Internet to open the links, so please ensure your device is connected to 3G or WiFi.

4. How to cancel my subscription?
iOS:
1. Open the [Settings] app > Tap [your name] > [Subscriptions]
2. Tap [QR Code Reader] > Tap [Cancel Subscription]

※ If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled. For more details, please refer to the Apple Official guidelines. If you want a refund, please refer to the Apple Official guidelines, Apple will review your refund request.
